HELP Needed from the RIPKANISTAS

Can anyone give me an address to send Judiths watch to for repair? I have lost the paperwork for mine...it is the two-tone tank watch she only did one time. I can not get it repaired locally because it is the winding stem which had a stone matching the watch. I also need the item number if anyone has it....QvC no longer has it and so far, has been totally unhelpful regarding repair of the item. Thanking you in advance for any information you can give.
