You all know about waiting for THAT Item to finally arrive after a three month wait, right? Well, there it was at my door. I knew what it was. Hoped it would fit alright. I opened the bag and discovered two boxes. Hmmm, I don't remember ordering two of these bracelets. Oh, I must have gotten one for my sister. (The mesh bracelet with the magnetic closure, in sterling silver) Well, hmmm, maybe I'll give my sister the small and I'll send one back to get an Average, just for a little more room. I filled out the slip for exchange and upon finishing I noted.....Heyyyyy, this isn't even my package. There's someone else's name on the return slip. I check the package itself and yep, it's my name. I call Customer Service, and she was terrific. She couldn't really help me though. This package belonged in California, not Ohio. I sent it back which was the right thing to do but now I don't have my bracelet and can't order one because it's not available. Lucky person on the other end or whomever got MY package. One time I got an empty box. Man!
