I am concerned-- I ordered the essential picture jasper button earrings several days before Carolyn was to arrive and it shipped from NM. It landed in Oklahoma City coming via UPS ground and according to the tracking it departed Oklahoma City at 9:52 om 2/4/11 and now says:EMERGENCY CONDITIONS BEYOND UPS' CONTROL Oklahoma City 13:00 Hours.

The earrings now say sold out!!{#emotions_dlg.ohmy} What does Emergency Conditions mean anyway?? There were no storms that day to interfere with the shipment. Anyone ever see that on their tracking information and why is this happening to me??? Thanks for letting me vent!
