I bought a pair of Kellie Ann earrings on my Shop NBC card. The bill came with $1.99 monthly maintenance fee and $2.00 minimum service charge. I paid off my bill last month well before due date. First of all, to call their customer service is very difficult getting a live person. When I finally did, he said, "that's GE money bank, I can't help you. You have to call them, they're not open on weekends." Then I said, "Tell me how much I owe all together so I can just pay it off." He doesn't know unless I give him the #. I give it to him, all he can tell me is the value pay. I ask for a supervisor, who rudely tells me she has no idea why I called THEM. The card is owned by GE money bank. I should call them. When I explain there is no other number on the bill than SHOP NBC, she says, I can give it to you. When I ask, "So this is the process, that I call you, and you give me the number of a place not open on evenings and weekends, and that's how I find out the total amount I owe on my bill?" she said "We don't have anything to do with the credit card and I don't know why you would expect us to, it's a GE card not a Shop NBC card."

Honestly, I don't know where to go from here. I called their credit card line, where you can't get a live person, and CLOSED the account, thinking it would tell me the amount I owed, and it said, "you are responsible for paying the balance due."

I am JUST TRYING TO PAY OFF MY BILL!! No way to do so!!!!! Help!!!!
