Grace Kelly show

I was wondering if anyone knew why Phillip is representing a different company than Camrose & Cross in the Grace Kelly collection.  Was the company sold? or closed?  Thanks

            @luvmybeetle,   Clarion-Pell is offering the Grace Kelly Collection.   I looked up the the registered trademark info, and Camrose & Kross is a trademark of Clarion-Pell, owned by the same company. 😊
