Wasn't sure which thread to post this on, so thought I'd start another one. My Strawberry Mocha enhancer and Rhodochrosite & Silver w/etchings ring arrived today. Love them both!
The SM enhancer is more on the neutral side rather than on the pastel side, which is more my style. The rhodochrosite stone is beautiful with a nice vertical wavy pattern. This is the only stone in the enhancer that would have variations, IMO.
The enhancer looks lovely on my single strand RR beaded necklace, but wanting a bolder look I decided to try another necklace with it, so I tried my Daybreak beads with it, too. Either one of the two necklaces works, but I put BOTH through the enhancer bail (didn't even have to open it)! What a great look!!!
My Perfect in Pink hinged cuff coordinates beautifully with the SM enhancer, too.
Now about the ring: this ring is really cute, pretty, stunning, lovely, beautious, gorgeous! It is the second one I ordered and does have more wavy, lacy patterning, which I was hoping for. It almost looks like a yin-yang sort of pattern in the oval cab, with darker pink on one side and whiter striations on the other. It is definitely a unique pattern; no two alike.
BUT I like the first one I got, too. It has a more mauvy look, which I also like. So I just may end up keeping them both for the great sale price. Two beautiful rhodochrosite rings for a total of $43.73 isn't too bad (paid $3.75 shipping on one; the other no shipping with the order just over $75). I will wear one with some of my pinks; the other with the more mauvy pinks.
