I sent the first Gossip watch I received (the infamous one that is a replica of the M.. Deco)back because of a faulty clasp/pin and hoped for the best when I asked for a replacement. As I waited for the replacement to arrive I watched as the number of negative reviews grew and I was sure I was asking for trouble. I received my replacement today and boy was I right. The first was broken in one place. The second one had the face broken right off in the box - both clasps were broken. I'm sure they just sent me someone else's return. When they can"t even get it to us in one piece you know something's wrong with Quality Control. Boxed it back up and will send it back tomorrow and will not be having the $6.95 deducted from the refund. To make matters worse, I went to the item to leave another review only to find that they have removed the item from .com They just sold this watch on-air last night with Lisa R! Wow - have never been so disappointed in the Q.
