You know how you just can't wait until that package comes in anticipation of what you saw on TV and you just plain want it....well, that was me, I wanted a bzantine necklace for many years and finally said "just buy it".  I bought the TSV bracelet and necklace and wow, am I disappointed.

The manilla envelope is marked PS Lightweight and I seriously believe the envelope weighs more than this necklace.  There is no sparkle, no reflection of light, the gold is gold but it just seem like the same color as the gold I have in my jewelry box....it's just a different hue.  The necklace twists on my neck and I am having a hard time looking at what was sent how much it cost.

I didn't bother opening the box for the bracelet but unfortunately, my go to place many years ago to buy gold has dried up.  So disappointed.

@Mistreatedbycs Sorry that your recent purchases were a bust. I too know the feeling of anxiously awaiting an item and then experiencing disappointment. It feels doubly bad when it';s something that you've had your eye on for a while.

Yes, that is very disappointing and frustrating.  I've been burned so many times I just stopped buying altogether. I saw some things that interested me and there was temptation but I figured I'd wait for the reviews even if it cost a bit more.  I'm really sorry about your byzantine - I have one from a while back, and it is my favorite link, but I like the heftier pieces of gold.  The Q has a tendency to make a gram of gold sound like it's a lot.  Very sorry you were disappointed.
