I have that face ring in brilliante- it is a quirky ring; I don't wear it much!

Last time I looked, the genuine gold and diamond items were online under "Galerie de Bijoux."

Hi ladies! I have yet to make a purchase on SHOP, but I have my eye on a few of the Italian Designs With Stefano pieces. Was wondering if anyone has anything by Stefano and if you wouldn't mind sharing your opinion on his jewelry?

I've been DVRing most of it and am quite disappointed in the jewelry and the very high prices! Chuck had a beautiful Kunzite show-most set in 14K and running in the $1000.00s! Judy Crowell kept popping up on all of Paul Deasy's shows-shes the most obnoxious person-the last time with her cat! I bought some of Chuck's diamond bangles on the Christmas shows at a much lower price! If this is 2014s pricing I doubt I will buy much!

I bought the huge Gem Insider ring. Never bought sterling before and am paranoid it'll tarnish. Mine is the prasiolite and it's light (color) for sure, but still very pretty. For $67 bucks it's like costume jewelry. How I wish someone would have the guts to put huge emerald cut stones in white or yellow gold and no other tiny little 'enhancing' stones.

I also bought a very nice cross during the gem event even though it's 14k and no gemstones. It's rather large, nice weight and a quarter inch thick. From Stefano and no shipping the day I purchased it. Sweet!

Hi ladies,

I purchased Michael Valetutti's big garnet ring which I am still waiting for.

Also I got Michelle Albala's sky blue topaz pear shape ring, I've received it already and it's a keeper, so different, elegant, looks like unusual evil eye.

Good luck with your treasures, ladies ! Do share, please.

I was watching Shop yesterday and Chuck said they are going to be bringing in more real gold this year. Also, gem day does not use simulated stones. Sometimes they substitute white zircon for diamonds, but zircon is a genuine stone and has a refractive index almost as good as a diamond.

zircons are my favorite stone along with neon apatite which I also love. I took a chance and ordered some of his zircons in sterling that are platinum coated. I can't wear sterling, never could but am hoping with the platinum I will be able to since they aren't something I will live in and certainly take off when washing my hands. I just couldn't resist some and the prices, wow, great and on 6 payments everything, can't wait till I get them.

for my 16 th birthday, long long time ago, my parents got me a birthstone ring with white zircons framing it, lovely, still wear it and ever since, zircons have been my stone of choice.

Forgot to add, love Michael V and his gems en vogue line, have quite a few of his rings.

Hi ladies... Congratulations on all of your new purchases! I've never ordered from Michael V. before, as I usually try to avoid vermeil because I worry that the plating will eventually wear. But I was really intrigued by one of his pieces that debuted tonight (137-678), and I thought the gold accents worked beautifully with the turquoise stones and eternity design. So now I'm wondering what everyone thinks about the quality of his pieces? How do they wear? Do you find the silver palladium alloy to be more tarnish resistant than your typical sterling? I'd appreciate any input you seasoned ShopHQ'ers could provide! Thanks! Smiley Happy

I have Chuck's NYC ii pieces from the "old" SHOP. Colors of Sapphire set in Platinum over SS ; an Effy ruby band ring in gold, very pretty.

I recently ordered a Sonia ring in diamond simulant pave set in palladium. Made well but not believable with the rainbow play of light. Blingy and fake looking.

If you want the real deal, there are scads of original (gold and gems) Chuck, Sonia, Effy, Carlo Viani on ebay. Sonia's multi-row, bezel-set flex ring - gorgeous.

Here's a Michael V. offering - in gold:

14k Iolite, Pink Tourmaline, Rodolite, Amethyst & Diamond Michael Valitutti Ring

Sonia B buckle band ring w/diamonds:
