I have to say I won't purchase anything else from him again. He doesn't put under galleries inmost of his rings, and I find his silver looks flimsy and cheap. He can't even come close to the quality of jewelry that Michael V shows. No more of Chuck's jewelry for me.I got this when it was offered as TTV, and have been enjoying it almost every day since with no problem of tarnishing:
I don't like vermeill/embrace/technibond/etc. thing so I have not bought any of Chuck or anyone's line; I like .925 silver.
I have smoky quartz. There was a Once Only offered couple of days ago and I wanted a garnet. Completely sold out in all sizes by the time I got to my computer. Oh well. lol. I have Chuck's rings when he sold them mostly in gold. I think only one piece I got that did not have undergallery -- a ginormous smoky quartz solitaire. Because it did not have undergallery, I took it to my local jeweler and had it resized to 4.5 from a 5.

OP Chuck always talks about being on FB. Maybe you could post something there. He wouldn't want ""his ladies"" to think he doesn't stand behind his jewelry.

Someone on this board said that any negative comments on his FB page about the jewelry are deleted. I'm not sure if that's really the case or not. His page is not a fan page where you can just ""like"" it and post. You actually have to friend request him.

My big problem has been with his bracelets (both silver rhodium and vermeil) literally breaking in half. This was not after a lot of wear and tear either. They just fall off my wrist, and upon close examination I see the links between the stones are aften so tiny and flimsy. I've had this happen to three bracelets from NYC II. (You'd think I'd learn........but they were so pretty.)
I might add that I saw his exact same rainbow bracelet on LC for $125 (I have two of those, so I know what I saw). I had resisted buying the matching rainbow necklace, but when I saw that on LC for just a little over $200 (I used a coupon), I did get it in the 16" (that was all they had). LC does manufacture a lot of their jewelry, so it may be that they are actually the manufacturer.......I don't know. I've bought a lot of great bracelets from them.......some that I've seen on other "nameless" shopping channels for much more $.

I haven't bought any of Chuck's rose gold because I'm a white metal girl. But it sounds like his alloy isn't quite right.

I ordered a strand of small black spinel faceted beads from Jewelry TV that fell apart at the clasp. I only wore it about 5 or 6 times max and one day, it fell off my neck. I looked at it and the spring ring is still attached but the ring on the other end came completely off the strand and there is nothing left there to attach a new ring.
I need to take it to my local jeweler and see if there is anything he can do with it for a decent amount of money.
It wasn't expensive but still. I expect better quality and of course it was past the 30 days so I cannot return it.
