I am looking at the multi topaz "Kellie Anne" ring.  It looks very pretty and substantial  I have a blue sapphire ring with white topaz that is a really nice ring.  I have a blue diamond ring with the basket weave design that is a pave setting that is very nice and I purchased his last special with the ring box (the ring box i really love and will be purchasing another one).

thanks for the heads up on Chuck's shows.  They are fun to watch even if I am not buying.  I will pass on this since I have some other things that need my attention & funds for the next couple of months.  Ah to win the lottery!

The Wolf Caroline Jewelry Armoire is quite a stunning piece!  It would work very well in our master bedroom but the $2k price is a bit staggering!

Re: Gem Treasures

I love watching Chuck but his jewelry has gone so far downhill that it's ridiculous.  The quality and "gems" are questionable in most cases.   I'm tired of coated topaz and junk gems.  He has access to so many real gems and I don't understand why he wouldn't do more with them....and he gets a great price with his buying ability.  Many real gems cost less than the faux gems he sells.   It's really sad as he used to offer great quality items.

What faux gems? Topaz is a gem, quartz is a gem. Less expensive, yes. I do not buy Kellie Anne anything because I don't care for dyed quartz, but coated or dyed, it is a gem. Let's not slander the guy, OK? I got his checkerboard cut rhodolite garnet zig zag ring the last time, and I love it. Only 50 some dollars at featured price and I have nothing like it in my 150 plus rings.

They're not "faux" like JR's CZs. However, I remember a gold ring with a topaz dyed to look like a watermelon tourmaline. I remember dyed quartz looking like iolite. It's very expensive putting kids through college. I am sure he's raking it in before turning everything over to the kids and retiring. (not an uncommon thing.)

And I happen to like Chuck  I like to watch him  Have pieces of his from years ago and yes, they were better quality. The last couple of items I ordred from his lines I had to return, because I didn't feel the price matched the quality.

I love to watch Chuck and find him very entertaining.  I have a few 14K pieces that are really nice, but most of the other pieces not in gold didn't impress me as far as quality.  I also don't like a "China" stamp on my jewelry (non-gold).  Unfortunately, I think his son Blake is following in his father's footsteps and I don't expect quality in that line either and find it pricey for what it is..
