GGGGRRRRRR!!! With QVC!

I received a package today! I was so happy and thought I was LUCKY when I ordered the Last Clicks JR LOTUS ring in smoky quartz! Or so I thought. To my dismay I received a channel set amethyst ring, not Ripka!{#emotions_dlg.angry}{#emotions_dlg.mad}

I then immediately called CS and even though the lady was really sweet and apologetic. She told me this, " Unfortunately there are none left in stock and if the ring somehow comes back to QVC, there is no guarantee for me to receive it." So I am on a RANT right now, and very UPSET!{#emotions_dlg.sneaky}

I'm really mad at shipping for not double checking the packaging label before it shipped out! That is who is at fault here. Someone in shipping! So Shipping Dept. Pooey on YOU!!{#emotions_dlg.sneaky} Smiley Tongue
