I was shocked to get a phone call from QVC CS to tell me about this TSV.

She said since I was a longtime customer, they thought they would give me a heads up.

Maybe they are now gonna offer incentives to us 'old timers', LOL!

I guess they profiled who buy jewelry and start pushing "real" diamonds that is hard to sell.

I am not really sure, just a wild guess.

I got a call from QVC too but I did not pick up, called back to them, and they told me it was more about customer experience survey. 

I never got call from them before.

Not on QVC, but ShopHQ.  They asked me to call on air to speak to Stefano about his 14K show.  They said they would give me $15.00.  So I said sure.  I did speak to him.  Briefly.  They credited me, NOT $15.00 but $25.00.  I guess they liked what I said. They emailed me again last week.  Same deal talk to Stefano, etc.  I said sure. But when I called in (like last time) they said they did't have time.  So I didn't get my credit. LOL.  They took someone else instead.  He's a nice guy.  His jewelry is OK, some really nice.  Not a fan of 14K.  Obviously I prefer 18K.  I was worried my credit would only go to Stefano, but I could spend it on anything.  I have till April this year.
