What a wonderful note Q ended the year with my final purchase. My GQ Monaco that was on waitlist finally arrived only to be nothing but a returned ring in a box, literally! Same old, same old with this company. Clearly it was a return, not in new condition, no packaging, nothing and thrown in a box. I know there are a number of women that have had the same problems, have brought it to Customer Service as well as Corporate's attention, but all the answers from this company seem to be hollow. I don't care for excuses and hollow apologies. Corporate is closed until Monday AM, and there's nothing that customer service can do except order a replacement. I'm just fed up with these same issues and as of 2011, I will be tightening the purse strings with the Q. Except for a few items that can't be found elsewhere, I see no reason to continue to purchase from QVC at the rate I have been. It used to be that the customer was always right, but, such is not the case now. I will continue to keep current with JR through this forum, and will enjoy the banter. Let's hope the Q gets their ducks in a row and addresses these concerns. I'd like to be a fly on the wall during discussions if all the JR women stopped purchasing. If only Corporate would listen. Sigh....... Have a safe evening everyone!
