I've said it once, I'll say it again: EVINE has HORRIBLE CS. I refuse to purchase from them because of their Draconian attitude toward customers.

I didnt receive credit yet. After my ring lost a stone last year, Evine basically washed their hands of it telling me to contact Chuck Clemency but said they had no contact info for him. I tried reaching him on FB but he never responded. Now he has a new personal jeweler service which offers a 1 year warranty on all of his pieces and also does repairs. I emailed for a quote to fix my ring and as of today (4 days later) Havent heard back. I think I will just get my credit and move on.

Forgot to mention that after several emails back and forth, Evine finally agreed to let me repurchase ring at discounted rate but now I think I'll pass.
