I purchased a ring during their sale last week and yesterday received an empty box. Noyhing was opened or seemed tampered with. Evine cs was fine about it except they wont send me another ring. Theyre offering a credit but told me to repurchase the ring, the problem is the ring is now $70 more. This doesnt seem fair. Second negative exoerience with them. The other was another ring i purchased which lost a stone very shortly after the 30 day warranty, it especislly hurt cause i hadnt even finished paying for it. Evine wanted nothing to do with it, they just told me to contact chuck clemency to no avail. This ring is by Chuck also but the only reason i purchased is because he now offers a 1 year warranty. In any case im a little po'd, i think they should replace the ring.

Oh, I hate to hear this.  Just yesterday I got a new Evine membership and purchased the today's special artisan crafted cuff bracelet (Samuelb).  Sure hope I don't have same problems; I was so hopeful Evine was great since they still offer nice jewelry at good prices versus what QVC is doing these days.  Anyone have experience with Sanuelb line on Evine?

At least they didn't tell you to get a  form notarized to make sure you are telling the truth. That's what they used to do when they were ShopNBC.  A former QVC big shot runs Evine now.  I thought once Kathy Levine became involved that the company would be more like QVC.  I would contact the president's office and complain.

They did say they were doing an investigation and I may have sign some forms but that's not the issue.  I bought a ring for one price why should I have to pay $70 more? That's bs in my opinion.

Evine is great until they have a serious CS issue,  then they treat you like the enemy.   I'd make every effort to contact the CEO's office... You're right,  it's not fair and not good PR.

Very shoddy treatment. I like Evine, but order sparingly because I've heard their CS when there's a problem isn't very customer focused. Really unfortunate. They should replace the ring at the original cost and they should've stood behind the defective item too. I'm no longer QVC's biggest fan, but I don't think their response would be so one-sided. As Evine tries (time after time) to reinvent themselves, they might start by treating customers better.

I will say however they do process credits on returns very quickly.  I was amazed at how fast I received my credits.

I won't buy jewelry from Chuck Clemency - it always looks great on tv but when  you get your items, the stones are so small you can barely see them.

And I'm really surprised that their CS tells you they have no way to share with you to get in toch with  him.  He is always touting to get in touch if you have a problem.

Did they give you the credit for the missing ring? If not contact your credit card company ASAP
