Evil Eye Enhancer

I am on waitlist for J155087. I love the look of this evil eye. If by chance I do receive the enhancer, what necklace and earrings would you wear with it? It seems you would need other Judith Ripka to coordinate. This would be my first Judith Ripka piece. TIA.
