EP Promotions should be given across the board to ALL CUSTOMERS, regardless of spending habits. Customers shouldn't have to grovel to CS to get it placed on their accounts. This isn't "Let's Make a Deal!"
You know, I watched a portion of the southern channel last night, as they had 24 hrs. of jewelry clearance and I learned something very interesting, even though I'm not a customer there. During a 24 hr. period, if you buy more than one item of jewelry, fashion, or make-up you receive a 1/2 off S&H on all additional purchases! I would think that's a nice incentive to purchase. AND THIS PROMOTION WASN'T JUST GIVEN TO SOME OF THE CUSTOMERS. If you were/are a customer of this shopping channel, you were entitled. And the promotion is continuing on, not just for one event.
