Empty Box

I was extremely upset today when I arrived home only to discover that the package I was expecting had obviously been tampered with. The seal was loose and the box, which should have contained my 36 " JR rhodolite chain was empty. I called customer service and they offered to send a replacement. No thank you, just give me the credit on my card. By the way, this expensive item (over $500) was supposed to be signed for, and I was told when I ordered it by phone that is would be delivered by UPS.
