I have been on waitlist for J287383, evil eye enhancer, since October. The package finally arrived today and inside the Ripka box was a small velveteen pouch with a plastic bag with barcode. Inside the little baggie was a tiny piece of bubble wrap and nothing else. The package did not look tampered with but there was no invoice inside. I've always received an invoice with every order. The woman from customer service was great said she would refund me because it is sold out again with no waitlist. She couldn't apologize enough. I told her its not her fault but Its really disappointing :-(((.

This has happened to many of us occasionally---CS always makes it right. So sorry you can't reorder it---bummer.

I am so sorry that this happened to you and you can no longer get this enhancer. Unfortunately, I also had received an empty box from Judith Ripka but I was lucky and was able to receive a replacement. Hopefully you will find something else you like. Or maybe you can try the bay, the site where you can buy or bid on. They do have Judith Ripka jewelry, and maybe they will have this piece. Good luck. I hope you can find it.

They sent you an empty box? How strange! Was it a mistake or intentional - an apology of sorts?

I have heard of this with electronics being shipped with either empty boxes/rocks in the box due to thievery at the place of origin.

Given your inconvenience, it would have been nice if in addition to apologies you were given a discount coupon as well.
