Email To Ripka Corporate Re Charm Bracelet

I sent an email to Ripka Corporate advising them of the issues with the faulty clasp and $crew mechanism and that QVC is, again, shipping defective merchandise. After all that transpired last spring and with the watch last fall/winter, it's hard to believe that it's all happening again.
