? Ebay JR Listing

Ladies who have shopped on ebay I have a question for you....I found a listing I might be interested in and have sent them a question 2 times now....no response at all. I checked in my messages and in the sent file it shows the messages so I know they went thur to this lister....is this typical? do most just ignor your requests for more information?? OR could I be doing something wrong and they aren't getting my questions?

What I did the 1st time was click on the part that says "do you have a question about this item" at the bottom of the page....submitted it that way....a few days later I went back and clicked on the listers name and sent the question again...both ways I got a screen that came up telling me it was successfully submitted. So as far as I can tell I am doing it right.

I ask this cause I had this happen in trying to contact another seller a few months ago....I sent them 3 messages and never got a answer....figured since they were from far outside of US that explained it so dropped it. Now this.

Anyway I just checked again today and there are no messages...why list and not answer potential customers questions??
