I have a pair of insideout hoop earrings that I bought a few years ago. I wore them twice. Lost a stone at some point, and haven't worn them since. I have gone through all the pages available of my purchases (2 years or so) and the DMQ purchase is not there, and the earrings are no longer offered as they have been replaced with other models of the same style.
Do you think it's possible to get a replacement?

Hi, I am looking for the same information. I have a bracelet that needs a stone replaced. I have not had any luck with customer service.
