Like so many others I have eagerly waited for the JBK Jewelry Collection presentations. And, also, like many others I adored Mr. Katz and the stories. So, when hearing this past Friday that the collection would be retired, I was almost in tears. Over the years I have purchased many of the pieces and truly enjoy wearing them. When hearing that only the pieces remaining in inventory would be available, I rushed to purchase several of them. Including four of the tank watches with the black leather strap for gifts. I even went to the Camrose and Kross website and purchased two items there that were no longer available on QVC.
For some reason this morning, I did a Google search. Imagine my surprise when I found several sites that sell the collection. I had thought that the line was exclusive to Camross and Kross, QVC and perhaps the JFK Library Museum. At this time I wouldn’t be too surprised to walk into a Walmart and see it being sold there. I just feel that the line has somehow lost some of the dignity and grace that it had for me before.
For those of you who wanted one of the crosses or any other piece and wasn’t able to get it before it was retired or sold out, check eBay or Google the collection.

They have it on Amazon..from Camrose and Cross. I would feel confident ordering from them, anytime I've had a problem, they have credited my account. They have a big selection too!

Tons on eBay and MANY, MANY other websites.
I have the Tribute watch that I dearly LOVE but a stone fell out. Camrose & Kross doesn't repair after 3 yrs, told me I'd need to buy a new one from them.
I found one NEW on eBay for $24.00 + $3.95 S&H.

A stone on my black snap-shut watch fell out - I returned it for repair - ages later received ""a"" watch back with stone replaced but the closer wouldn't hold - snap constantly opened. Finally threw it away because it was loaded with fake diamonds waiting to fall out. Am happy with one JK watch that is plain in every way.

I think most of these are secondary markets. Even Amazon didn't show Camrose and Cross, mainly Reeve and Knight, whoever they are.

I don't think it was ever touted as an exclusive collection, though I will say, based on a quick look at the one or two items in which I might be interested, the prices at the company site appear to be better than those for some of the vendors selling on Amazon, on ebay or at most of the other sites selling these pieces of jewelry.

The line is/was exclusively produced by Camrose & Kross but not exclusively sold on QVC.
I've regularly seen notices over the years about Jacqueline Kennedy pieces in email updates from the Smithsonian's gift shop, for example. They've also been available on the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library site, I believe since they first began making and selling the reproductions. There's another website I can't think of right now that also sells (or sold) the new jewelry. Then, as others said, it's always been available in the secondary market on sites like eBay, Amazon, Ruby Lane, etc.

If you like the collection and are happy with what you bought, why do you care if it's sold elsewhere? QVC never said it was exclusive to them.
