What is up with the videos disappearing on the product pages? Doesn't QVC know they are most likely losing sales due to this? I know that I for one usually watch the video before hitting the add to cart button. Even if it is an item I have seen presented, I most always watch the video before making a final decision. I need more than the pictures on the site to make a decision.

Last night I wanted to look at a couple of the presentations from Carolyn's last visit, and the videos were now gone.

This morning I was looking to see what was presented in the Hagit Gorali hour during the night. I watched a presentation video of one item that I was interested in. There were a were a couple of more new items that I wanted to watch the presentation, but I had to leave. When I returned an hour later, the videos for those 2 items were gone as was the video that I had watched an hour earlier.
