Diamonique/Gold/Silver Thinner Band Rings

I have just purchased J265131 and I absolutely LOVE it!

If anyone from the Q is reading is there any way we can get some thinner band rings?

I am sure anyone with RA in their hands like me would really appreciate it. The thicker bands are hard to get over the knuckles, you have to order a larger size, and then they turn constantly when they finally are in place.
