Hi, I think I recalled some posters on the topic of bronze jewelry. The vast majority are not in favor of bronze jewelry in general. Some David Markstein jewelry has caught my eye but didn’t know if it was wise to purchase his jewelry if it’s bronze. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

I would never wear anything bronze. It's cheap and over-priced junk to me.

I was considering the I believe it’s sterling silver but I don’t know if it’s over the bronze or solid?

The description would say if it was over bronze. If it says sterling silver then I would assume that's all it's made of.

@Allthingsgirly67We don't know which item you are talking about. There are some items that are both silver & bronze in the same piece.

I purchased some bronze pieces from Markstein years ago when Lisa Robertson was the salesperson.  Granted, I do not wear them daily, but all my bracelets, necklaces, and earrings still look nice and shiny.  I like some of the larger and chunky earrings that would be not affordable if they were gold.  I have fun with those pieces and usually take them with me when I travel.  I just bought a pair of big fat hoop earrings that are fun.  If you want investment pieces, take a pass.  But, if you are looking for nice costume jewelry, go for it.
