@Lipstickdiva.. I read your post in full agreement , plus the addition of David Markstein is baffling to me..wasn't he able to find Corporate executive job after his 20 year tenure at the Q?🤔 In her welcoming introduction of him, she won't even say the company they worked for.

Lisa stated he will be traveling with her the shows ( specifically Italy) and possibly contributing  presentations.  Methinks Lisa likes being the buyer. I don’t see her giving up much control at this point.

I saw him on the couch doing a FB live last night but I scrolled by and didn't stop to listen. But  I was wondering what exactly Lisa is trying to accomplish and how is she going to make her company grow?  She must be doing okay to pay these employees because it seems she's added a few fairly recently. 

I just don't get the shopping channelesque thing she has going on and I'm not sure how she's supposed to attract new customers doing what she's doing or how she can continue if she's not growing the business.  But I guess that is all her concern.  I'm just curious.

@Lipstickdiva, I don't understand it, either. This has always been the Big Question for me. The people  who are working for her seem to be highly experienced and  a few of them have had long term careers. That usually comes with a price tag.

Further, she  has not let up on the whole Tribe concept that her followers started. I think that is a big turn off to people to just want to shop, not be labeled, and are confused IF they can even shop because Lisa and her followers  turned it into some sort of Shopping Club where you need to be a Tribe member - and follower of their rules of engagement.

Just the other night, in the middle of a live presentation, suddenly she handed over her Ipad and told Carolyn, the new girl, to delete a comment. I saw that comment before it got deleted. It wasn't anything terrible and frankly would have gotten quickly buried in all the other comments.. It was a very jarring moment: one minute she is talking about her merchandise, and the next minute she is proverbially "throwing someone out the door" ...then quickly back on the topic of selling . It's surely also a reminder to all of the "rules".

That still looks to be a QVC page, like it was never deleted.  But it also appears to be the only page he has.  I don't think he has his own personal page.
