Absolutely no disrespect to any of you who love the new green Monaco ring, & I know we all have different tastes & preferences (thank God), but do any of you out there think that the 2 shades of green (the emerald & the mint quartz) just don't go together? In general, I am not very picky about Judith's designs. Unfortunately, I love the DMQ, I love the real gemstones, I love the synthetics & lab-created, I love the old Ripka, & I love the new Ripka. Sometimes, though, I have noticed that when Judith puts together different pieces w/ different pinks, different blues, or different greens, & she says "it all works together", I just don't see it. Case in point: the blue intaglios & the turq pieces. Judith says they "work together". I don't think so. I'd be curious to hear if anybody else thinks the same thing, or whether I am just plain nuts on this subject. Bring it on!
