DMQ Stud Earrings

Was wondering how the DMQ Stud Earrings fit on the ear? Do they fall forward on the ear?

I have never bought DMQ stud earrings, so I have no idea.. I lost one of my real diamond earrings and right now I'd rather buy a new car than new earrings.. I wear them everyday for everything (casual, dressy or just because)..

I am looking at the 1.0 ctw and the 2.0 ctw.. I hate when earrings fall forward or have a large setting (sorry forgot what that is called when the setting is up high).. I think the setting is called "basket" setting (but not sure)...
