I noticed Courtney's new ring when she came back from

her Birthday week off.

Maybe she got a new ring for her birthday or added

the diamonds to her ring..

I remember her talking about the details a bit on the last Shoe Shopping. I assumed she had a new setting and a larger stone. I remember it being a different shape (I think) from the original ring.
