I swear EVERY time she is on air, and needs to show anythig up close, she turns her diamond ring around. It is SO annoying. What is the point of wearing it if you won't/can't show it??? Anyone have insight? !

I can understand that in a close-up it could be a distraction.  Most other rings would look minuscule beside it.  Then there is the customer who would call in and insist on buying it.

They've probably suggested to her that she turn it.

if she's like me she's afraid she'll get hit over the head in the parking lot or by the folks who may see her out and around and recognize her.

I wouldn't advertise if I was on Tv.  Dangerous, now days.

From the looks of it at a distance, it appears to be about a 3-carat, maybe a little larger, emerald-cut solitaire. Seems it's always turning on one side.

That's my girl. Go for it, babe. I only got one caret, but, it's mine LOL Plus 7 stone wedding rings equaling a caret.

Never wear the caret that much. Cost me 330 a yr to insure. Don't want to wipe my butt some place and it falls into the plumbing !!!!
