Country of Origin

I was looking at a couple of silver bracelets in the $60-$70 range. In several cases, there was no country of origin shown. And when I viewed the close-ups, it was not apparent. Are they (QVC) obligated to show the country of origin in the description? Or is the only way to find out is to call them? Anyone know?
