Could someone actuallyMEASURE the TSV?

There seems to be some confusion as to what is meant by GENEROUS sizing. Could someone who has the TSV measure it and confirm if a SMALL is ACTUALLY 7 1/4 and an AVG is ACTUALLY 7 3/4??? I'm losing my mind here.....and there isn't much to lose! {#emotions_dlg.crying}
