I had the 20" double stand of Judith's pearls with the gemstone clasp. It was lost in a storm and it drifted out to some unknown place and I never replaced it. I bought it for a DS's wedding and I have another coming up late this spring and wanted a replacement. It was available for around $495 and then I noticed a price jump to $549 which made me think I will just wait for clearance. Well it went on clearance a few weeks after the price increase for the ORIGINAL selling price of around $495. I think this is the Q's idea of Fuzzy Math but to raise the price of an item for a few weeks and then lower it to the original and call it clearance really does not seem too fair.

Just a word of caution that things are being marked up to be marked down. I can't say I am surprised but just saddened that the QVC of yesterday no longer exists and these mind games they play on customers assuming we are total idiots seals the deal regarding this purchase. I am not going to miss my Q membership. I hope all of you find treasures on this visit but use caution. Event pricing seems to have vanished too and we never even got a look at Judith before the event was done. No explanation, they just do what they want when they want and could care less about the customer. If it was an accident it should have been on the Q's dime not yours. If you ordered and event item and did not get event pricing I would call and ask for an adjustment. They were clearly there this morning.
