Chuck Clemmency's Rainbow--BEAUTIFUL--but any problems with the clasp?

I received the bracelet today and it is stunning--I louped every stone and couldn't find a problem BUT--I cannot manipulate the clasp. I'm wondering if the problem is mine due to my arthritis--or if anyone else has encountered a problem? I just could not get the darn thing open to put around my wrist. I definitely DO NOT want to send this back because it is my understanding the 7 1/4 sold out.

I guess when the weather gets better I'll take it down to my local jewelers and see what they say. But the quality of the stones is really impressive.
