I returned the call to customer service and I just couldn't part with this wrist full of cheer, eventhough I was offered a full refund. I did talk to a lovely person there who again would pass the info. along. I'm over the stoppers, and I don't find it necessary to wear the bracelet completely loaded either, so not worried about closing it. It's okay that the charms have movement, no big deal. What still concerns me though is the $crew breaking and I offered two solutions: A - replacement of said bracelet (not the charms) if it should break at ANY time, and B - if that can't be done, offer the bracelet at a reasonable price without the 3 original charms so as you can buy a replacement if it becomes necessary. Of course A is better, but B is better than how it is now.

Shortly after that I received an e-mail from Brian and he makes it impossible to be angry! lol - poor Allison, he probably gets away with everything! What a doll.

I am now done with this. I am moving on to the ceramic watch.....Are you with me Me2Me, Pepper and the gang? {#emotions_dlg.lol} {#emotions_dlg.biggrin} {#emotions_dlg.thumbup}
