Changing batteries on watches

HELP PLEASE! I have around 20 watches that I am replacing batteries on and I am having a difficult time with the Gossip Brand. I am not able to get the back to snap in place. Has anyone had this same problem? How did you do it? I have no trouble with my Ripka, Ecclissi or Guess watches. This is the first time I've had a problem. Any help will be appreciated.
