Ceramic watches - - in general.

Like everyone, I am anxiously waiting for the TSV this weekend. But I have a question and would like your opinions....

I know ceramic has been popular for a few years already, do you feel that ceramic will become (almost) classic and that 10 years from now we will still be pulling out and wearing our ceramic watches or do you think that it might just be a passing phase?

Speaking from my personal experience, sometimes I will pull out an older watch and think, "this is sooooo 2001". Know what I mean?
