Cartier Ad

I was watching Sunday Morning on CBS this morning and a rather long ad for Cartier appeared where a diamond encrusted leopard comes to life and goes romping encountering dragons and elephants and a gorgeous lady with glimpses of various Cartier jewelry. It was very artistically done. IIRC I've seen a few ads for Tiffany but I think this was the first time I've seen a Cartier ad. The high end jewelers don't generally advertise on TV - has anyone seen Harry Winston or Bulgari or Van Cleef & Arpels on TV? Certainly we've been inundated with ads from Zales and Jared but not the biggies - has the economy forced them to try to broaden their customer base? Will we see be seeing more high end jeweler advertisers?
