@Shanus

I'm considering this piece, stones hand mined in NC.  How do you like it?  I like the clear/white is thick enough that it doesn't show what's in back of the piece.  The artist lives here.  Thanks.Smiley Happy

@ECBG   I can't tell if it's rutilated quartz or not? What's the green stone at bottom? I like the design because the bail is part of the design & not a separate add-on. Go for it!! Happy Holidays!

A two tier design, this piece features a Double Terminated Elestial Quartz and Aquamarine. Both stones were Hand Harvested in North Carolina.

@ECBG   I've never heard of that stone, but it's still beautifully done. 💕

You didn't ask me but for my 2cents it's beautiful and looks like rutilated quartz.  Some of it has a more webbed appearance than just the spikes you think of.

The bottom looks like a light tourmaline.  I know they mine quartz in NC, don't know about tourmaline, but that is mined somewhere in the US I believe.  Like Montana?  Maybe I'm WAY off on that.

@Sooner My Dear,  Thank you for the time you took to share your thoughts.  You are correct about the stone.  Chris has made many of the pendants I wear here that are semi precious. Isn't he amazing?

Thanks again! Smiley Happy

@ECBG Yes it's beautiful.  I have a wire ring that wraps a big piece of dendritic quartz in it.
