Call me crazy but...

If I pay for 2nd day air I'd like to get the item 2nd day, not have the Q hold on to my package for 24 hours before handing it over to UPS, but lie to me and mark it shipped the day before. Seriously on my last nerve with the Q. In the past two weeks I have received 3 defective JR items. WTF is going on up there!?!?! (Okay, rant over.)
