I ordered a ring that I have not yet received (well over the 7-10 day mark) and called CS to inquire. I was told that QVC could not help me since mail orders are not tracked. Basically, the CS reps comment was, "Oh, well"- NICE CS QVC! {#emotions_dlg.bored} THis also happened during the holiday when I was to receive an order BEFORE CHristmas- I needed this item and it didn't arrive until 2 days after. When I called CS on Dec 3rd, I was told that it was probably lost, but that they couldn't help me!
