I bought some earrings, lovely tanzanite ones, from E*vine, a week ago, for over $60 plus s/h; Went to look at them again on-the website only to find they had been reduced to under $30 and sold out! I emailed CS about and just received an email matching the $30 price and refunding me the rest. Awesome!

Re: CS —-big thumbs up

Not really unusual ... QVC, HSN, and many other places I shop do that.  It really has nothing to do with CS, it's more of a business policy thing.

makena---but that is something I never would have looked into--it's not publicized at all--prob in the very tiny, fine print but it going to make me be more aware now. Those earrings were almost $67 plus the shipping down to $27 !! that is quite a price difference!!

If QVC reduces the price of an item you have purchased within 30 days, they will refund the difference. This has occurred with me twice and I've never had a problem getting the refund. Just call customer service, provide them with the item number and they'll take care of it.
