CL, it is part of a collection that included a naja enhancer (pictured below) and earrings like small versions of the naja.

qUILA - your cuff is on Ebay - somebody probably read these boards and put it up - they are asking $150. - kind of high - but you might want to check it out - I do have the Naja - but I guess I don't have that cuff so this might be a good opportunity for you to get it.Oh I see one of our other sisters already spotted it for you - see how we watch out for each other LOL
