Well I just got a call back from Lisa and she said it's going out tomorrow so I guess all is resolved. I just wanted ad return call that's all - I don't really mind waiting but you really don't even know if they received it or not - of course, I sent it with tracking but in the past whenever I emailed them or sent anything it came back within a couple of weeks. I always got emails back when I sent them so maybe they are having some problems or going through some "growing pains" or something. I always gave them "rave" reviews but that is one of the main reasons why I buy their jewelry - that and the fact that it's made in the USA - the customer service and the Lifetime Warranty is very important to me. Anyhow - however it happened - I give them credit for taking care of the problem.
