yeah, I threw in trash. I got tiny wrist even though I'm 165 lbs. Lot of manual labor I guess or to much fork to mouth.  LOL 6 1/5 inch

 

The extender piece just comes out . Easy on and off. I saw a girl while ago on HSN with a bracelet that looked awful lot like it. LOL
