I'm sure I'm not the only one that was quite pleased with Brian's rapid email response which I received today.

I also found a package at my door when I returned home. Via UPS

It was a personally signed thank you note along with a gift, a Ripka T-shirt.

Would love to wear it as I've been waiting for a Ripkanista T (as some of us have for a while now) but it's too small. Did we all receive the same size? I would gladly switch for a larger size.

(Too funny though, the well known gifted keychain has no size! LOL)

I believe Brian will hold the Q accountable for the nosedive in quality and retreads sent out with our beloved Ripka items...
