I keep seeing a LOT of items still being advertised for sale from the silver day shows. They apparently didn't sell much of it that day. Of course the prices increased so if we couldn't afford then, we really can't now or perhaps we didn't like much of what was offered. I did see some things I liked but again, pricess increased.

Did you buy anything last week? Are you still finding items you like and are making a few purchases? If you received items, do you like what you bought?

I'm only a fan of Ultra Fine silver.  It doesn't seem to tarnish.  I've had them from when QVC stated offering them.  It stays very white and shiny.  Never even had to polish them. This past silver show, all the Ultra Fine offered had magnets.  So I couldn't buy.  It's too easily lost.  Hoping the next silver show will have better choices in Ultra Fine.  I did buy the TSV (2 of them) because of it's weight and being solid. For what you were getting it was a great price.

People nowadays would rather spend $500.00 up for good phone then a bracelet.  I purchased a Samsung 9 phone instead of a 18k gold necklace I was thinking about getting. So it's understandably why shopping channels no longer offer it as much.  I used to adore the 18K shows that appeared once a month. I still buy from Gem Shopping on occasion, because I crave valuable jewelry.

I bought the TSV silver bracelet in the polished choice.  It came yesterday.  It's a beautiful bracelet,  lovely heavy weight, perfect size/scale,  very classic and with a lot of presence.

I'm a little concerned that it can open too easily if caught on a piece of clothing or edge of a table, etc.   We will see.   The closure is strong,  but I wish it had a hidden safety.

Do you work for QVC's merchandising department?  If you don't how could you possibly know that QVC didn't sell much silver on that day?  You could only say that if KNEW exactly how many pieces of every single item were for sale and how many pieces of every single item were sold.  I assume you don't know that.  That there are some remaining items still for sale, doesn't mean those things didn't sell well.  You don't know how many are left...or....once again....how many there were to begin with.  If QVC had 5000 of something and sold 4500 of them and 500 remain on the website for sale.  That would be a huge success....not a failure.  As for prices and reasons not to buy, you can only speak for yourself.  You can't get in anyone else's head or wallet so you cannot speak for anyone else.  Yes, of course, silver jewelry prices are higher than they were 10, 15, 20 or more years ago.  Everything in life is higher than it was in past years.  I own and wear most of the important silver pieces I bought 15 or 20 years ago but I did buy two things.  Things that I've wanted for a long time but never got around to buying.  I bought Ultrasilver 12mm button style earrings. Love!  I bought a diamond cut 8" San Marco bracelet.  They had me at magnetic closure and 22 grams of silver.  It's substantial but not too big.  Love!  I opened both packages early this morning and put them on and I haven't taken them off.  I'm very happy with both.

I am still waiting for my purchases.  I can't believe how long it takes.  I ordered a bracelet from JTV Thursday and I'm getting it tomorrow!

JTV is extrremely quick with shipping.  I am thinking all of their items are shipped from the same warehouse.  where as items from Q have items shipped from different places.?

I have the same closure on a heavy, solid Ultra Fine Silver bangle.  It snaps shut in a flash.  I have pinched my skin seveal times trying to pull my wrist away before it snapped shut.  That thing will never come off your wrist, trust me.
