If you happen to be near Rapid City (S.D.), shop for Black Hills Gold jewelry right at the source. I have a ring and a pair of earrings I bought there on my last road trip and they are just exquisite and much nicer than anything QVC will ever present. Probably a better price too.

Yes, what QVC shows isn't the best kind of BHG. As I said in my previous post, buying it from the source, you will find much better jewelry: prettier, higher quality and probably better price.

Only because they HAVE to, by law. Otherwise they'd lie themselves blind.

On another note, I always wonder how well this stuff sells, or if they just keep bringing it back to the few devotees each "American type" holiday.
I think it must do well enough for shows on the American holidays ... otherwise, QVC would drop it, like they've dropped everyone else.
I agree. Any company that needs to make a profit (are there any that don't?) uses their resources to try to sell what sells.
I doubt QVC is deliberately getting rid of products they can sell at a profit any more than others are. It's got nothing to do with QVC and jewelry, but I'm totally disgusted with the clothes offered in the department store where I've shopped most often for the past decade. I have to assume someone wants to buy what they are selling because the racks are full and there are actually customers in that department. Still, it feels to me as if they don't want me as a customer right now.

In the event that anyone liked the new BHG watch J288775, JCP has the same watch for $60. If you use the febsave3 coupon, it goes down to $54. Even with S/H, still cheaper than here.

What?! There are stores cheaper than QVC?
Thanks for the tip.
